April is Community Helpers month at FPK! We bring in different people from our community each week to teach the students about different jobs and different ways they help out. Last week we had some of our very own Prattville policemen come and talk to the children about important issues such as stranger danger, when to call 911, policemen are our friends, and other topics. Then, the best part of all was having a dance party outside with them! One of their squad cars has a huge boom box in the trunk, so they opened up the car and played some great music and the kids danced and had the best time! We are so thankful for our police friends and all they do for our community each day to keep us as safe as possible.
